I-90 efile, Service Fees $0.00 on the receipt, is that ok?

I efiled my I-90 on 8/3 because the name is wrong on my green card. I used my credit card to pay $70 for the biometric fees. But the receipt I received yesterday has a $0.00 amount on it. Is that ok? Anybody has the same experience, please share.

USCIS is a federal agency and does not pay income tax like the rest of us.
