Recently my friend got the I-90 Approval where USCIS asked to fill up the I-90 for and send it across to them. They mentioned that my friend's name or address has changed and thats the reason I-90 has to be filled up.
Background is --> My friend never received the original physical GC before. Neither my friend got any approval for I-485. Ofcourse the Fingerprinting and interview with Consultate was done long back.
1. How long does it take for the physical GC to arrive in this case.
2. Is it possible to get a temporary GC stamping on the passport till the time the time the physical GC Arrives.
