I helped my Mom e-file her I-90 on 1/18/07 also.

We received a receipt notice on 01/23/07. I registered on USCIS with her receipt number that same say, her case was "touched" on 01/24 we then recieved a biometric appointment letter on 01/31 set for 02/08/2007. She arrived at ASC at 9am as scehduled and was out in an hour. The IO told her to expect a letter or the her new card from them in 60 days. Her case was "touched" on 02/09 and 02/12. I hope you receive your biometric letter soon. Good luck.

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On February 14, 2007, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. USCIS processed her case super fast.

when your mother's case was "touched" on the 1/24 before she received she received her biometrics letter on 1/31. did her case status change ? did it say "biometrics appointment scheduled?".......

No her status case stayed the same. Then a week later she received the biometrics appointment letter. We figured when her case was "touched" on 01/24 it was the IO ordering her biometrics appointment letter. A week later it was confirmed when she got the letter in the mail.
