Does any one know more info about I-9
Currently My immigration case is in process and I have an H1B. I have my I130 application has been approved and I already applied for EAD. In the meantime I have a job offer and the employer is asking me to fill in a I9 form.
In the I-9 form it says that I can give the employer a receipt of the application and within 90 days I should give him my EAD card.
Does any one know more about I-9?
