I-89 what is that now

Hi, guys

I had interview here in federal Plaza in october, i got stampe my passport but after a month later i did not receive any letter or cards, i called today to customer service they transferred to immigration officers, and immigration officers said I need to go to local office and have file form I-89

any idead what is that now.

If you have not filed I-89 already (sometimes it is done in interview itself) you need to go to closest office with three pasport size pictures and fill-up I-89.
