Can someone share his/her knowledge on the subject matter? Do we get
these I-89 papers after the PP stamping or are they filled out at the
time of stamping?
Also, my I-485 is approved through VSC. I am currently staying in
Cleveland OH. I checked with the local INS center in Cleveland to see
if I can get my PP stamped there. They said it is not a problem and
it will take approx.12 months to receive the plastic card. I have
seen many people on this site who have recvd their plastic cards
within 4 to 6 weeks that were processed through VSC. I need your
valuable advice as to which route I shall adopt i.e. get my PP stamped
through local INS center in Cleveland, OH or travel to NewYork so that
the processing of plastic card can be faster. Are there any risks
associated with it. Thanks in advance.
