I-864W Criteria

Hi all, I've been reading these forums for a while now and I'd like some clarification on the I-864W form. I am applying for an immigration for my mother, who is single. Section 1 of the form says that we are exempt from I-864 form if I have 40 quarters of Social Security Act coverage. In other words, I've got to be working in the US for 40 quarters in which you received the minimum income established by the Social Security Administration. I am unmarried, so the second doesn't apply to me.

How do I know if a quarter was past the minimum average? Where do I get this information? I appreciate any input, if any of you are knowledgeable about this topic. Thanks!

Found it, never mind. For those who are wondering, it is only valid when the immigrant has SSA credits, not the sponsor.
