I-864EZ - #19 question

I'm filling out the I-864EZ form.

For #19, if I provide most 3 years (2007,2006,2005) IRS transcripts, should I check both boxes?
The fiirst says: I have attached the ... Federal tax return for ONLY the most recent tax year
The second says: I have attached ... Federal tax return for my SECOND, and THIRD most recent tax years
