Hi,

I am filing for a Green card for my parent. In the I 864 form, I have entered my individual annual income. I file my taxes jointly with my spouse. I am not listing my spouse as a sponsor. In the section where I have to enter my gross income from my tax return, do I enter my gross income on my individual W2 or the gross annual income on the 1040 which includes my spouse's income as well ? Please advise.

if i dont get an answer, i will use my persnal income as under W2 but attach tax return docs which were filed jointly.
