my wife is my petitionor but she is not employed and she dont have sufficeint income requirements but ido have that.i can sponsor myslef , can anyone kindly tellme do i have to fill I-864 A or just 864

if you live together with your wife and you have this suffecient income for over 3 years. you can just fill 864A
otherwise you need to find a joint sponsor to fill another I-864 (if he doesn't live with you) or fill I-864A (if he live with you)

I am in the same situation. a lawyer told me I need to find a joint sponsor even I have enough money. because my income just started last year.
