I-864 requirement

Hi
I am on a H1b visa and am in the process of going for consular processing for the GC, sponsored by my employer(ie EMPLOYMENT BASED) who I am working for. I did receive the Pkt3 documents from NVC. But I don't see any I-864(ie Affidavit of Support ) documents from NVC in Pkt 3 so far. My question is will I need I-864 for my case?

P4 says that to support consular processing, you need to submit:
I864 OR notarized proof of job offer OR proof of personal financies,
in addition, for employment based cases, you need an employment letter verification from the sponsoring employer reiterating the job offer and the salary.
we will be presenting proof of personal finances at our employment based consular interview plus the job verification letter. i don't think you need I864.

I824 is for family sponsored CP candiadtes OR employment based cases in which you are related to the employer or are a stakeholder/owner of the company.

For other employment based cases, one will need to show a verification of employment and affadavit of support for dependents (if any) on I134.
