I-864 Questions

Hi,

I am new to this website but really glad to find it as I have several questions on filling out I-864 forms. I really hope some here can answer my questions.

My wife and I are both USC and she is applying for her parents green card through consular process. Her parents I-130 were recently approved and now we are in the process of filling out I-864.

In filling out I-864:
Q9: Do we need to show her mother in father's application? Or no since we they both had separate I-130?

Q23: We answered as 0 income as she is a house wife and have no income. But for Q25 what should we show as total income? We have filed our taxes as married filing jointly over last 7 years.

each seperate I-864 since two I-130's were filed. If us citizen/resident sponsor does not have income he/she can use other spouse's income as eligibility. in those circumstances you would fill part 6 q. 24 and should include I-864A for household member spouse
