Hi, Can someone help me out with the following questions? I am the principal 485 applicant with my wife ans son as dependents. In I-864, Part 2, should I check a or b. a) I filed/am filing the alien relative petition; b)I filed/am filing an alien worker petition on behalf of the intending immigrant, who is related to me as my---------.
Another question, is I 864 the right form I should use? Someone said I should use I-134.
One more question. On I-864, Part 3, Inf. on the immigrants you are sponsoring, Should I fill out my wife\'s name on the main entry and fill out my son\'s name in the table? This makes sense for my wife. If i use this form for my son, How should I fill the form for my son? the question arises because the table\'s title is "List sponse and /or children immigrating with the immigrating named above(i.e., the main entry in Part 3).
Thses questions may sound silly if you know the answers. But to me, they are confusing. I donot want to get REF for these mistakes.
