Ask co-sponsor to give you whatever paystubs s/he has, but make sure to submit his/her tax returns/transcripts for the last last 3 yrs, proof of his/her US citizenship or LPR and a job/employment letter. You can take up-to-date paystubs and W-2s later on at the interview as officer will like to see the proof of his/her current income.
