My spouse is USC. I am in process of getting GC. Currently on H-1B. Have AOS interview next month end.
When I filed for AOS, my wife was working full-time and making enough to comfortably put us above minimum sponsor's income levels.
Now she is pregnant and working part time. And is making very close to the income levels.
My question is "Can you use my own salary to augment her income?"
