I-864 Question: Multiple Joint Sponsors?

Hi everyone:

Besides the primary sponsor, an immigrating alien can have 2 joint sponsors who both exceed the 125% over poverty. Is this correct?

I am asking since one joint sponsor files a different form of tax and has not filed the most recent year's yet (2007) but sending 2007's W-2 as evidence along with tax returns from 2006 and 2005.

Planning on having a 2nd joint sponsor who will have the required latest tax returns, etc.

Are 2 joint sponsors (+ primary sponsor) allowed for only 1 immigrant (no family) adjusting through marriage to USC?

Look for poverty guidelines for 2008 difference with sponsor's income if there is shortfall try to fulfil through 2nd joint sponsor who would have complete tax returns, this is an option
