Hello, My question is in regards to the Affidavit of Support form. We are above the 125% income requirement for our household. However my question is since we are above the income requirement, do we still need to fill out Part 4 E. Sponsor’s Assets and Liabilities? We don’t have much in our savings, nor do we have any real estates, stocks or other assets? Can this part be left blank? Is this going to be a problem for us? :)

You can ignore that part and write N/A as you meet the 125% minimum income requirement.

Actually in the instructions of Part 4.D (Determination of Eligibility Based on Income), that is what you have to put for "I am subject to the 125%..." and you put the size of your household and the poverty lines that apply to you states at the end:

"if you are currently employed and your household income for your household size is equal to or greater than the applicable poverty line requirement (from line D.3), you do not need to list assets (Parts 4.E and 5) or have a joint sponsor (Part 6) unless you are requested to do so by a Consular or Immigration Officer. You may skip to Part 7, Use of the Affidavit of Support to Overcome Public Ground of Admissibility. Otherwise, you should continue with Part 4.E."

So you don't need to do so.

Good luck,
