I am a H1 applyin for GC thru USC.
Just wanted to confirm the Part two that should be entered for the I 864 my wife needs to file:

I am filing this affidavit of support because (check one):
I believe it shud be :
I filed/am filing the alien relative petition.
and not
I filed/am filing an alien worker petition on behalf of the intending
immigrant, who is related to me as my Location
(relationship)

Just wanted to confirm...Rather be safe than be sorry...
