Ok this is my situation, I'm Canadian I entered the country as a visitor Nov. '06, I got married Jan '07 and I was also pregnant so I overstayed. We've just saved up enough money to finally apply for my greencard. My husband is unemployed at the moment, his mother was going to do the affidavit of support. I see 2 different affidavit's i-134 and i-864, which one would need to be filled in this situation??

Are these the only forms I need to send I-130, I-485, I-765, I-693, G-325A for both me and my husband??

I was reading the I-864 form and I'm a little confused, are you suppose to be living at the same residence as the sponser??? My family (me, my husband and child) doesn't live with my mother in law, but she has her mother living in her house right now (her mother has her own income coming in). I'm kind of confused on how I should fill out the forms?? She has a big house and at the moment has a few relatives living there also who are getting on their feet and will be moving out soon. Would she have to list them as dependent's???

You are not required to live with sponsor. Look at your sponsor (mother-in-law's) income tax return to find out number of dependants apart from asking her to whom she is providing support and include those many dependants in her I-864 (joint sponsor)
You would submit I-130/864/485/131/765/693/G-325A for yourself and spouse, 7 pictures for yourself, 1 for your spouse, 1 marriage proof picture, fees of $355.00 (I-130)& $1,010.00 (I-485/765/131), besided completed I-693 medical report from physician

I wouldnt bother with form I-131 as she is in overstay and has accumulated enough time for a 3 year ban, so AP is worthless.
