I-864 or I-134?

I am new on this forum. I am preparing my I-485 application package based on my pending I-140 (EB11 and NIW), and my husband has H4 pending. My questions are:

1. Should I file 2 I-485 for both I-140 or just one to save money? If one, EB11 or NIW?

2. What visa status for my husband on Form I-485, "H4" or "H4 pending" (His F-1 already expied, he filled H4 application before that)? what is his visa expire date, should he fill "N/A" on Form I-485 or my H1 expire date?

3. Which form do I need, I-864 or I-134, or none at this moment? If I need I-134 because of my case is employment-based, who should sign on the end of the form, someome in the bank or what?

I hope I can get help from someone on this forum who read this message. It is very important for me. I would much appreciated if I can get your answers soon.

Best.

Please reply my inquiry. Thanks.

I would say, file 2 I-140s. File only 1 485 and attach it to that 140 where you have the most confidence. If that 140 is not approved and the other one gets approved, you can always attach your pending 485 to that 140. If both 140s get approved, you can let go of one of them.
