I am sponsoring my wife, I know I can use any child support I recieve as a source of income, my question is can my wife the beneficiary (Immigrant) use the child support she recieves as a source of income on the I 864. she has the State ordered child support documents to prove this income and also she has the previous 9 months bank deposits showing the deposits are for child support. Anyone help us with this? Thanks.
