so my case looks like that.
My mom was a green card holder and she apply for me with I 130. 2 months ago she became a US Citizen. WE upgraded my I 130. I get some info from National Visa Center that right now i need to wait for my visa, and my ststus is F1 . 2 days ago they send some papers and they want about 70$ for I 864. That what i understand we sending the money and after some time they will send I 864 form to fill up. What is going on after.
1)How long i ( my mom) will be waiting for I 864 to fill up??
2)What is going on after we send I 864??
3)What is the next step??
4)Can we speed up this??
5)Should we get an attorney??
6)How it looks

I know that there was already couple answers for those kind of questions, but non of them have this what i would like to know.
