I am sponsoring my daughter for a GC. Well i also have a son under 21 living with me and i am married and i didnt know i had to put my husband on my i-864 and now that i have to include him in my i-864 my income alone does not meet the poverty line. My daughters interview for i-485 is coming up in 3 weeks. Also my husband has not filled his taxes, my question to you is can my husband file his taxes for 2007 2008 and 2009 online and print out the tax returns, and file a i-864a to go along with my i-864 so we can bring that to the interview?... PLEASE HELP ME!!
