I've filed a concurrent application (I-130 and I-485) for my parents, but failed to attach the I-864 form to it. How can I fix it now? Should I send it separately or call them first or what? I don't have the application number yet. Thank you!
Wait for the receipt or the RFE, whichever comes first, then attach the I-864 and supporting financial documents to a copy of the receipt/RFE and send it in.
Or if they reject the whole application, send the I-864 with the refiled application.
