Hi, I was on H1B status and my husband is a usc.
We filed our application in late Nov and right now we received interview notice in early February.
Recently, I got laid off ( in January ) and I do not have a job right now.
When filing the gc application, we did I-864-EZ and put my husband as the sole sponsor for the household. (as his salary is enough to cover both of us.)
My question is during the interview, will they question about my work status?
Will they question us about why we did not provide my salary info to file I-864?
If so, what should we do?
So far, we haven't got any REF yet.
