My husband has his visa interview scheduled in Feb. I sent him a completed I-864 in Dec. Do you think they will require 2001 income tax papers, now that it is 2002? I haven\'t filed yet since I am still waiting for W-2\'s. Please post opinions. Thanks.

Are you family based? (assume yes)
You may not be able to give them 2001 tax filings before April. If interview is February than it might be too early for you.

If you cannot get employment letter with promissed permanent salary, or at least promissing to grant LC salary, this is not so good.
