Sorry to bother you guys again but I am in process of sponsoring both of my parents for greencard.
Obviously, I need to prepare separate I 864 but I am confused about Part 3 where it asks if you are sponsoring other family members at the same time. Clearly the answer is YES since both of my parents are being sponsored but the form also states "DO NOT INCLUDE ANY RELATIVE LISTED ON A SEPARATE VISA PETITION." So, given that I am sponsoring both for visa, does this mean I should NOT put the name of my other parent in Part 3?
I presume since you are filing completely separate affidavit for your parents, you should exclude the other person from this affidavit.
