I-864 affadavit of support

Hello I have a question-
I am on F1 visa in US. I recently applied for I-485 adjustment of status througgh my spouse sponsorhsip.
In the affadavit of support (I -864) I included my income and my wife's income. Although I am on F1 I was able to get a good job on campus (it is a legal job).


Now I have recvieved a letter from USCIS that they need evidnce that I am authorized to work in US. What documnetation should I submit that I was/am eligible to work on campus (legal employment)?

My suggestion

When I was in school and was working part time on campus (20 hrs a week), I could get a letter from ISO (International Students Office) stating that according to the university policy I am allowed to work 20 hrs a week on campus. Get that in writing on a university letter head and mail it back to USCIS. Keep a copy for your records as well. Also use certified mail when sending any paperwork to USCIS. You should be fine.
