Hello, How many years of tax transcript do I need to submit with this form?

According to a new USCIS memo, only last tax year's tax return is needed.

I once called that service number and they told me that it would still be better to send tax returns for the last three years. But apparently a lot of people here only sent last year's tax return and it was fine. We only sent the last two.
So I'm positive that you will only need the tax return for the last tax year.

Yep that's the memo - I too got it from someone... I guess it was Rex... Thanks Patty. And yes... I too used just one tax transcript - for the latest tax return filed - so far ev thing's fine
But if you have the last three years and you want to be more than 100% sure, you might as well send the last 3 yrs
