I-824 Where do I stand?

Hi,

I-140 approval date 02-02-2002.
I-824 filing date

Do you think it might have been forwarded to NVC by now?
My company and attorney are not revealing any information to me.

Hi Amir,

Let me share my experience with TSC.. My I824 was filed Aug 2001 and was approved
June 2002. But the files were not fwd'd to NVC until Jan 2003 (yes it is true). Just got my case number two days ago.. I824 has been a painful process for me.

If you are not getting any info from your lawyer then i would recommend you to call NVC (603 334 0700) and talk to the operator. You can enter a dummy case number by
punching MDR1234567890. They might ask you for your ssn and other details to let u know if there is a case no for you.
