I am permanent resident and I want my wife to apply follow-to-join visa in China. I applied GC based on employment (I-140, then I-485)
I know I need to file I-824 in INS first.
The following is the documents I need to file with I-824
1.Form I-824, Application for Action on an Approved Application or Petition
2. A copy of the original application or petition that was used to apply for your immigrant status
3. A copy of the I-797, Notice of Action, for your original application or petition
4. A copy of your alien registration receipt card or I-551
Can you tell me what is document No. 2 and No. 3?
