There are three types of I824 in JIT report, Div I and II are vacant, and Div III is Oct 98.

  I-824 Div I(Form Types: I-526s/I-829s/I-360s/I-140s/all I-90s/and
                    related I-824s)
  I-824 Div II(Form Types: all I-129s, including I-129Fs/I-539s/I-102s/
                  and related I-824s)
  I-824 Div III(Form Types: Waivers/I-130s/I-751s/I-821/NACARA/I-817s/I-765s/and
                    related I-824s)

  does anyone know what type is for a follow-to-join I824? My lawyer told me there is another type Div IV,
  does anyone hear of it?
