I have recieved the I-797c form today . It said that it's approval notice for H1B. It seems it's been approved for the classification requested. However it said name workers are not eligible for the requested change of status. My lawyer didn't say anything about this . He only let me maintain legal status . (My OPT will end this week. I have to apply the same school )
Did anyone have the same letter like I have ?
