I was just wondering what this notice is for? It is saying its a Welcome Notice but also gives me a receipt and case number.I thought that i was just waiting on the physical gc when i return here to the US. Is something wrong or it this notice just a formality and i am should be getting the GC soon?

yes this is notice just before receving Gc, the are saying there, that shortly you will receive GC.
