Folks,
We applied for a H-4 for my wife (on 13th March, 20006) who was previousl on OPT (expiring on 30th April 2006)
We received the approval today (dated 30th May 2006) with the validity to the same day as mine (principal) (Jan'2007)
BUT, there is no new I-94 at the bottom of the I-797
Why is that ? All my previous I-797 (for my H1-B) had new I-94 as part of the I-797 Notice of Approvals
Anyone else seen this ? Any comments
