Hi

I am planning an India trip. I need the I-797 (approval of H1 notice) to get my H1 visa stamp. I did the H1 thorugh an attorney and I was sent only the bottom portion of the I-797.
Can someone tell me where I could obtain the original top portion of this approval notice - attorney? employer?
