Hello,
My wife has a I-797 without I-94 for consular processing at Chennai as she was in india when her approval was in process. She has an appointment at Toronto later this month for H1B visa stamping and was wondering if anyone had the same situation to deal with. We are planning to drive to Toronto so she does not have to surrender her I-94 in case I am asked to approach Chennai by the Toronto consulate. Has anyone had success dealing with a situation like this?
Could some one please advice us?
