I-797 rfe help

Hi,
I got an rfe to send all I-797 forms. I have all the H1-Bs and All the EADs but I don't have approval notice of my first EAD. I have for other two.Will that be an issue? I am sending all the EADs and H1-B and I have been in status thru out. Please let me know if anyone has similar experience.

Send whatever you have. Missing EAD approval notice won't be an issue, unless you used that and your H1 was expired in that period.
 
Hi,
Thanks for replying. I used that and I have the actual EAD card with me. I am sending photocopies of all ead cards. I hope that will do it. I don't have any other option.

Along with EAD photocopy, if you have receipt notice you can send that too.
