I-797, notice of action question

I applied for my 10 year renewal in July 2013. Today (March 14,2014) I received notice the my renewal was approved and should expect my card within 30 days. Didn't think it would take that long. Anyway my question is related to the notice I got today. It's a I-797, notice of action. Within this letter is a notice telling me that the department reserves the right to withdraw the approval and petition etc. Is this a standard notice on all I-797's ? I'm a born worrier, stuff drives me crazy.

Thanks

I don't remember seeing that "right to withdraw" wording on the I-797 notices. But they already had the right to withdraw the approval anyway, if they found that the approval was due to error or fraud.

If your immigration history is free of fraud and there were no eligibility issues with your green card (e.g. approved when priority date not current, or was approved in the category of under-21 unmarried child when you were too old and/or married), you have nothing to worry about.

I had an issue before we received our cards in 1992. We received our cards via a lottery. The issue was checked and was in the open while we waited for approval after we won the lottery in '92. It still shows up when ever we re-enter the USA, after vacation after been finger printed. The reason I was asking was because I plan to apply for citizenship. I have nothing on my record since we received our cards in 1992.

Thanks for your reply.
