On 2001 my aunt filled a i-130 for my father, and in 2006 we received a I-797, Notice of action. I called NVC but they didn't receive the case, so i mailed this form as recuested. i was wandering once the nvc receives the papers from uscis how long would it take? and after receiving the i-797 do we have to fill anything else out?
