I-765 & witholding of removal.

My brother and I both received witholding of removal. We applied for work authorization together. We even had biometrics date on almost the same time. He got his card already but mine still says pending on online status check. Could there be a problem? The name in my passport was a little a different than the name I normally use. No use of "khan" in normal use and that's what I had in all my papers, court papers, license and school IDs etc except passport which included "khan" in the end. I didn't even remember the passport included "khan" till it was time to send the copy of passport with I-765, so I added "rest of the name + khan" in the other names used part on I-765 application. I am worried if that's what causing the delay. Could there be any other reason why he already got his card but mine still says pending? How long does it take from pending till you get the card?
 
I-765 processing was pretty quick - anywhere from 1-3 months.
On average it is about 60 days.
If you do not get it within that timeframe, call customer service and see if they can make inquiry into your case.
Since this is your only benefit so far as grantee of withholding, you need it asap.
On positive side it is free for you for initial issuance and for renewals as well.
 
You should be getting yours shortly give it 60 days and then see. I would also recommend to change your status to a permanent one as soon as possible, with witholding you are not eligible to apply for a green card so you will need to either get married or apply for an H1.
