Hi all,
I have a question regarding I-765 filing. I have made us a checklist, can you please verify -- add or delete anything I require/do not require.
I quote from I-765 form on USCIS Website -
"Family-Based Adjustment Application --(c)(9). Fileyour EAD application with a clpy of the receipt notice other evidence that your Form I-485, application for permanent residence, is pending. You may file Form I-765 together withyour Form I-485 is."
In this what is "clpy" ?? is it a typo for copy?
I am going to file everything together with AOS package (I-485 etc.). I am on H1 B visa and wife is a US citizen. I was on OPT (F1 status) for one year.
Checklist: --
Application Fees (180.00)
F1 - OPT EAD Card copy (do I need this ??)
L1 labor certification copy (Do I need this)
Copy of I-797 H1 approval notice (H1 B status)
Anything else?? What is this I-140?
I am really not sure about this list, people who have filed already please comment..
