I 765 question - regarding EAD/OPT filing

Hi,
I currently need to provide information on which USCIS office I had applied for OPT from F1 visa

This was in 2002-2003 so I am not sure.

I was located in State College, PA and I had gone to collect my OPT card (since they were late) from Philadelphia office.

I may have applied for OPT at Vermont Service Center (I think)

Can anyone please guide me as to where I can find this information (i.e if I am in PA where would one apply for OPT) or in case someone has already gone through this process and is aware of the current USCIS office.

If you do - then you should have a receipt number which should indicate what service center it came from.
