I-765 process at NBC (HELP!)

Hi! i'm new in this forum.. i hope u guys could help me through this frustrating process.

Here's my timeline for my EAD (I-765)

ND - April, 27/07
Biometrics taken - May, 18/07

*since i took my biometrics, i didn't get any LUD from USCIS.. I don't know if I suppose to get it or not..

Here's my timeline for my GC ( I-485)


ND - April, 27/07
Biometrics taken - May, 18/07
LUD - May, 22/07 (saying that my case has been transferred to CSC)

*since then, i didn't get any LUD also.. I'm not sure if this is normal process or not..

I don't know when do i get my EAD.. because I really need it :confused:

NOTE: I applied this whole process with my attorney.. Is it why I didn't get any RFE from USCIS? because my attorney has it all?

RFE Received- 02-07-07
LUD I-765 - 02-23-07
Lud I-765 - 02-27-06 APPROVED!
ND- Interview(Tampa), 02-16-07
Interview Date - 03-20-07
LUD- I-485, I-130, 03-01-07
Interview- 03-20-07-APPROVED!!!
LUD I-130 Approved 03-20-07!!!
LUD I-485 Welcome notice sent, Card production ordered 03-23-07
LUD- Welcome notice received 03-27-07
LUD- I485 Approval notice mailed 03-28-07!!!
03-30-07 GC received!
106 days in all. Good luck to everybody!

EAC card will take over two months, about a month after fingerprints. By looking at your timeline, you should get a LUD anyday now saying that your EAC was approved.
 
Need Help!!! Interim EAC

Hi Guys:

This is my situation: I married my longtime USC boyfriend in Feb' 07; i came here on a b2 Visa (overstayed for 4 years). I filed the I485/I-130 concurrently, but did not file the I-765, because in the form it says only K1/K3 spouses need to file the I-765.
I thought they would send the EAC automatically.
On April 6th, I received a RFE asking for a letter of employment of my co-sponsor and saying that I had to answer within 84 days and that I was not eligible for Interim work card.
On June 15th, I received my interview notice scheduled for August 14th, 2007. I am very happy, but tought I would have my work permit by now.
So, help me please, does anyone know about a similar case?
I would appreciate a quick reply or even an e-mail.

Relax,

You don't necessarily get LUD's. I never got one. It typically takes about 70 - 85 days for EAD.

is it 2 months after FP or Notice Date?
and I'm not sure what LUD really means.. do LUD changes are the same as status changes?

after i took my biometrics on May,18/07.. my LUD for EAD changed to 5/21.. and my LUD for 485 changed to 06/06.. but i haven't got any email from USCIS about my EAD.. I got one on 06/04 about my 485 has been transferred to CSC..

is it normal processing? and is it normal for me to not get the RFE mail by USCIS? thanks in advance!
