Hi guys,
I have filed for I-765 work authorization based on my application for I-485.USCIS received both my applications on April 13th 2009, they send me notices for biometric on April 24th for both two applications.
My lawyer told me I just need to go to one appointment but bring both two notices there. So I went for one of the appointments on May 12th 2009. The staff there stamped on the back both notices, she dated on the I-485 notice and marked a big cross on the back of I-765.
I have been waiting for my I-765 they never updated information since the Biometric appointment, it has been more than 90 days since they received my application. I went to the local info pass appointment center, they told me that my card is made however they can not mail to me because they never received my biometric for I-765, they need to transfer my biometric from I-485 to I-765. They are in need of my biometric for I-765 but how come they never noticed me anything? My current EAD is going to expire this July 31st, I really can not wait, what should I do now?
