Hopefully some more concise questions can yield a timely answer:
(currently H-1B Canadian married to USC)
1. If I file the I-765 can I work anywhere and freely change jobs until GC is approved? Or is it employer specific?
2. If I don't file the I-765 can I still do an H-1B transfer after my GC application is filed?
3. If I don't file the I-765 and am still under H-1B status, do I need to file the I-131? Or is travel back into the US covered under my current I-94 (expires 2011)?
4. Assuming I do file the I-131 so I can travel back (and more importantly forth) back to Canada, do I need to submit a different form for every trip until I receive my GC?
