I-765 form question?

Hi Guru's,
I have a question on I-765 form at 14 Question: Manner of Last Entry? Should i write AP or Advance Parole or pending I-485?

I returned from foreign trip on AP few back months back and working on EAD (based on I-485 pending at NSC) and living in New York.

I read the EAD instructions and it indicates that if your response to question 16 is (c)(9), then send it to the below address
USCIS Service Center
P.O.Box 87485
Lincoln, NE - 68501 - 7485

Is this above NSC address is correct for EAD renewal filing?


Please let me gurus, what is the correct NSC address for paper based filing for EAD and AP renewal ?
