I-765 fee payable to.....

I downloaded the application doc off the internet. It says the filing fee should be payable to "Immigration and Naturalization Services" . Is it still correct ?
Because for I-131 (advance parole) the fee should be payable to USCIS.

It should be payable to 'USCIS'.

I got the form from UCSIS website.
