I-765 Error

Hi All

I wonder if anyone can help me, I filed an application to adjust status about 2 weeks ago (I-485)(I-130)

I didn't have all the money to file for an EAD (I-765) aswell as the rest of the files so I thought I'd just file it when I got the money together. (which was today)

I filed it electronically and paid them via my credit card, but I just realized that Ive missed a box :rolleyes: (date of last entry and place of last entry) on the form

Does anyone know if ive just gone and lost my money?, or will i have the chance to correct that error either by calling them on Monday, or by them sending a request for further information.

Just write a letter asking them to add that info in to your file, and send it with supporting documents.
 
Ok will do, thank you for the reply. Does anyone know exactly what supporting documents I should send?? and should I send them immediately?

Your I-94 would have the date and place of your last entry. Send a copy of your I-94 with your I-765 receipt notice and also your I-485 receipt notice (to prove your eligibility for a c(9) category). Im not sure what else is needed, but this should be enough. If they need more info, they will send an RFE, so dont worry, your money will work for you... eventually :D
