Yes you should mention about the EAD for practical training. You should also include a copy of the previous EAD (both front and back sections as they mention in the form).
Your attorney should know this info.

Fyi. I didn\'t mention the EAD for my practical training. When I did my EAD renewal recently for my I485 application, all I had mentioned was about my first EAD approval. I did get my EAD renewed recently. I still would ask you to check with your attorney.
